Default E10 Gas HELP...

When I fill up my gt with this newly mandated E10 gas, it sputters and is less responsive (similar to a spark plug not firing). Is this an easy fix, such as tuning it to run more lean/rich? or does this mean i have to start changing stuff out to comply with E10? I don't want to lose my stang just because this E10 gas sucks...

I see you have a diablo tuner, try removing any tunes to see if the problem presist. Theres no real "compliance" with ethanol (outside of seals/pumps in high concentrations of the chemical, ie E85) but it does have different qualities than gasoline. If you have a 93 tune, or spark advance, etc...it may be causing some ignition problems and if the problem coninues afterwords, it may be a fouled plug or something mechanical.

i'll check that out, but it's nothing mechanical. I know this because i can burn i that e10 fuel up, then put the regular gas in there in it goes away. At first i just stayed away from the e10 pumps when i found this out, but now there making all pumps e10... but thanks for the advice, i'll surely troubleshoot there. But can i screw anything up messing with the spark advance?

These cars are not made to run on the e10 stay away from anything that is more than 10% ethonoal run the regular gas. Only a Flex Fuel vehicle can run the e10. fuel.
