IDENTIFY this head, need a good eye

Going to buy heads soon, are these Romeo or Windsor?
Do the valves look in ok shape?

Bump, come on guys i need soem help here

I kno thier is some kind of trick with counting the valve cover hole but im not sure how it woks.

Those appear to be Windsor heads to me.

The visual difference you are speaking of is the cam caps. Windsors have individual cam caps whereas Romeo heads have 2 cam caps.

They are Windsor because they are 13-bolt cam covers. They look like they need a good cleaning, and P&P!
