Default TR3650 Help

I want to replace my T45 transmission in my car with a TR3650, something alittle more beefer, I called DD Performance and asked them what all I needed and they said it was a direct swap but I need something to convert the electrical signal to mechnical so my speedo will work. I've been looking and cant find anything they said that there was someone with a converter but not sure if their stil in business. Any help wil be greatly appreciated!

i didn't think that the 3650 was any "beefier" than the t45. i always thought the t45 was actually a little better of a tranny?

The TR3650 holds to 360 ft lbs. compared to the T45 which only holds 330 ft lbs.

I was thinking that at first but I just want something that I can swap in and is going to be alittle better and not have as many problems as the T45, all I need to find is where I can get something that converts the electrical signal out of theTR3650 to mechanicalso my speedo will work.

Call up TDM (The Driven Man). They make T45Rs that hold 425 ft/lbs and T45RSs with 26 spline inputs that hold similar levels as a TKO

Already talked to them they said that tremec is no longer making parts for the T45s and they are removing the T45R and RS off their website.
