Default UPIN MY HP's

i know its hard on a 4.6 without breaking the bank but i have a descent amount of money to work with and want to keep my car naturally aspirated i have all the bolt ons plus ported svo heads and anderson ford motorsport cams and i am getting a new short block for my car and wanted to know what to go with i was gonna get forged rods and forged pistons with 10:1 compression and possibly swap out my cam but i want to know how can i make the most horse with a naturally aspirated setup while still maintaining the cylinder heads i have now and if it was possible to get close to the 375 mark

Just curious, why do you want to stay n/a? with a built shortblock you could push some awesome numbers with nitrous or boost. but i mean if youre dead set on it, then you could always upgrade to a manifold like the p-51, your heads are about as good as it gets, and get a custom ground cam. other than that full bolt ons and thats about all you can do.

I would get around 11.5:1 compression you should still be able to run the car on 93 and it would make some desent power. Your not going to get much HP out of forged internals on stock compression without some kind of forced induction, The only thing you would binifit that the parts in the motor may be lighter that about it.

i just put in the part about forged internals because i wanted people to know that i wanted some serious horse and that my engine would be able to withstand it

375rwhp isn't really gonna happen. You might make 350, but that's pushing it. If you end up with a forged s/b, I'd recommend putting a bottle on it.
