which mufflers?
well let me start by saying that im new to this forum and also this is my first mustang
i got a 96 mustang gt auto with a o/r h pipe and flowmaster system i picked it up about a week and half ago i never ask the guy i bought off of which flowsmasters he had but they sound good when i driving but i wanted somehing LOUDER. i have been looking at imco mufflers flowmaster 40's and 44's and others im just looking for people opinions and which ones is more bang for the buck
by the way i live in southern indiana where is a good muffler place if any body knows?

I have the 40 series with an o/r x pipe and its very loud. If you're looking for more than that you have to go with the slp's or magnaflow magnapack i believe is what its called. Very simular to the slp's resinator design.

Get you an O/R x-pipe and that will make it louder. If your still not happy I've heard that Magniflow is pretty loud. Mac flowpaths are loud and sound mean (my exhaust clip is in my sig). Here is a link to a bunch of different mufflers and the insides of them.
