roush charger on 01 2 valve?

ive found locally a roush charger for under 1000 bucks, only problem is im missing 1 fuel rail and some mounting bolts. anyone think this is worth it? what else would i need to install this? what kind of power on a 2v with just exhaust?

if it's for a 2v mustang then it shouldn't be too bad. If it's for a 3v car then don't waste your time.
