just any auto shops around where you live. But call up a local shop and see what thier prices are before you get them installed.

Actualy it's pretty hard to find a shop to do it. You will have to go to Performance shop, Driveline shop, Or Stealership

You shouldn't have any trouble finding a shop. Any place specializing in transmissions can do it. Looking at $300-500 labor. you'll want to buy the rebuild kit while you're at it (shims, etc). I think it's around 100 bucks. your car will be slower unless you throw another grand into some tires and suspension. some might disagree, that's my opinion though.

I got mine put in saturday for $250 installed. I bought the gears seperately. So i only paid labor. So i would search around for a good price. Mine were put in by Dez Racing. Great group of guys.

Look for a differential specialist. I had all the parts already so for labor only the speed shops wanted $5-600, a couple mechanichs said $400. The differential shop did it for $250 and I had my can back in half the time the other shops wanted.

I disagree with u.... i went to the track right after my 4.10 gear install and ran .5 slower. since then, i have gotten new tires, and just over a grand in suspension. i am installing the suspension this weekend and will be going to the track on the 30th. so i think that guy is right for the most part... depending on how much tire the car has left
