Hey guys, wassup i just got a new 04 dark shaddowed grey GT 5 spd, she sure is pretty :D
for the next few months i'm gunna be a little shorter on cash than i will next year, so i wanted to do some small mods like short throw shifter. I've seen 80MM massair flow sensorsand throttle bodies that seem kinda cheap too.
do they actually help? what is the size of stock TB and Mass, thanks.

but hey, first worry about opening up the exhaust, h or x-pipe, cat-back and possibly headers...then move onto say shifter, you can go for the bigger mass air and dont go bigger than 70mm on the throttle body unless your gonna get a supercharger or something cuz the bigger it is you could actually hurt performance, a steeda timing adjuster really helps alot on power from my experience..you cold also go with a cold air, just for a few

-edit- Some reason i didn't see your second post black..... yea i really wanna do exhaust but that's like 400 bucks, i'd have to wait until like dec for that, i'm mod crazy, i've got to do something and these seemed cheap, do they help at all, believe me, magnaflo is on my list to "santa" <IMG src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0"></P><edited><editID>jesusphreak</editID><editDate>37914.7510300926</editDate></edited>

The mass air meter would do wonders for your car, as will gears and exhaust work. The throttle body money would be best spent on the exhaust or gears.

yea i really like the gear idea but starting in about 9 month i'm gunna be driving about 120 miles (60 both ways) about 4 - 5 times a week and would like to continue to get the 23 - 25MPG i am currently getting :D</P>

ok, so mass air is good
TB = bad? or just not so good?</P>

-edit- something along the lines of this?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2438082366
