I need help (please look)
Right now I have a 00 eclipse GT with a couple mods nothing special. Im looking to buy a new car. what I want is something really fast. my 2 options that Im thinking right now are:
97-99 eclipse gst (stock turbo)
99-04 mustang GT
basically what I want to know is what would be cheaper to mod and approximintely how much would it cost to take a stock mustang gt 5spd to like 350 horsepower. I know its pretty vauge but Im just really curious because right now I could go either way either an eclipse or a mustang so Im kinda wondering what is my better option. Thank you

there are more mod parts for the mustang than any other car. i have no facts to substantiate that . it might not even be true. but it seems like it. mod parts for mustangs are abundant, easy to find , and for the most part inexpensive. not to mention it'd be a lot cooler than an eclipse.

well, as is with just an intake, exhaust, and pullies/TB it's estimated that im gettin about 280-290 at the wheels.

eclipse GST's are faster than hell. my friend has one... hes got full exhuast, boost turned up, new intercooler, just about everything except internals and a bigger turbo and that stuff... hes cranking 350 rwhp.... his car BLOWS mine away! it just pulls on me so hard. the only had thing is that eclipses are DSM so they arent very reliable and also eclipses are FWD... i dont like FWD, its just that i like to drift and stuff, so im a RWD type of guy. most people like either AWD or RWD... but the eclipse can get to that much power for much less money than the stang.
