hey guys recently bought a 96 gt and dropped about a grand on goodies. i have a guy thats built like 2000 mustangs and he tells me i should go with a 3 angle valve job, and p&p the pi heads. so what you guys think? he says if im in no big hurry he will do it at a pretty good price like 250-300 i know thats a good price but what am i gonna benifit with the three angle valve job? i have decided i'm gonna have the p&p done for sure. he has done work on alot of peoples cars that i know in fact they ran one on pinks back in febuary, so i know he knows what hes doing. i'm just hearing 3 angle 5 angle whats different than stock setup, more horsepower if so approx. how much. thanks

a valve job on a stock engine wouldnt yeld that much hp gains,but for that cheap its a steal(if hes good at it and stands buy his work)

here are my mods long tubes, pi heads, pi intake, cold air, underdrive pulleys, off road h-pipe with flowdaddys, 4:30 gear, upper plenium, throttle body. so you think it would benifit me? sorry i never listed them. if it gains me no more power it would be a waste of my money.

a p&p w/ a valve job will definitely give you some more hp. the big thing with pi heads if to get a nice port match to your intake and headers. while you are there you should consider a set of cams and maybe polishing the inside of the plenum. also maybe a tuner to to help tune your car for all this extra air flow. good luck.
