RE: Ignition Coil
which one? some require the fuel rail taken off others you can just wiggle out. generally you disonnect the wire connector, unscrew the one bolt holding it on and pull it out. but again some need the fuel rail out, depends.

Rear, driver's side...You do not have to remove the fuel rail to change out any of the COPs. On the passenger side you do need to remove the intake tube, and for some of the COPs disconnecting the electrical connector on the nearby fuel injector will let them pull out much more easily.

should take you about <30mins to pull them all out. all you need is a 8mm socket to remove them. be carefull when re-installing them not to tighten them down to hard of you can break the tap the holds the bolt down. just make sure the clip on the plug first, then bolt them down.

RE: Ignition Coil
well i attempted to remove the coil today but i couldnt get the the bolt holding it down off. i used a 7mm socket and could not get it. Should i try a small adjustable? Also if i leave the coil unpluged and unplug the injector can i ride the car without the car hesitating?

RE: Ignition Coil
7 mm is the correct size, make sure it's on there all the way, and squarely. Support the top of the ratchet/extension well and go for it--they will break loose. The first time I change my plugs the COP screws were tight as heck, I though something was going to break but they did snap free. The factory torque spec is 89 in.lbs. but they were way tighter than that...
