Accident...
I was heading home and some guy in a 93 celica failed to yeild and pretty much pulled in front of me, saw me, and decided to stop in MY lane, and i ran into him, it could have been worse but i turned my car in the end and only had damage on the frt drivers side of the car, so now my baby will be in the shop for 6 days 
, i hate looking at the damage...

close, its $1792 in damage, and i TRIED to turn to miss him but bam, could have been worse (damage wise) if i hit him straight on, it was declaired his fault (obviously) and his insurace is paying 4 it (geico), its kinda good in a way because i had bad paint chips in the hood and bumper, plus there was a nasty scratch in the bumper, so now i get brand new ones...

Lol, I don't think the insurance will cover something that isnt direct replacement though, o well, it would be cool.

$1,700? Make sure they arent going to use aftermarket parts bud. I have Geico insurance and I had to haggle them a bit to make sure I didnt get any aftermarket parts. Especially the fender. OEM fenders come with a 5 year 100k mile rust warranty. (Was told they were galvanized steel) I hit a dear a little while ago and my damage wasnt as bad as yours and its up to $3,200. I just dont have any hood damage.
