Default SN95 lowered car, new struts, everything looks good, but still have a "clunk"

I took my car in because I had a clunk in the front end. I found a good shop!

Turned out to have bunch of problems, but with all the work being done, I figured I'd lower the car as there would be just an additional $120 on the ticket.

They replaced the struts, the strut bushings on the top of the tower, and bushings on the steering rack.

They checked the the work I had done before, which was ball-joints and A-arm bushings. That was still OK.

Turns out the cluck is still there, you can hear it on ether side if you go over a speed-bunp at an angle... like if you get the front wheels on an uneven surface.

But my car really handles much better otherwise. And its harder to get it to clunk... But the mysterious noise is still there!

Any ideas what this the issue is?

I'm starting the wonder if it might be the motor mounts. I should have had them check that.

also I have a newish clutch and aluminum driveshaft so I doubt the clunk is there.

While I was out taking a picture of my car, the Goodyear blimp flew overhead. I took a pic of that as well.

Sorry the car is so dirty...

hey were you from looks like florida around coconut creek. But about the clunk I would probably bring it back to the shop tell them the clunk is still there and have them go over the entire car. and have them drive it so they can hear whats going on because it could be a lot of things.

For the clunk its probably a bad motor mount. Does it do it in reverse somethimes too.

The clunk was there before I had the car dropped.

I took the car in because of the clunk and they thought it was the bushings on the struts... and the struts were bad.

I decided to have the car dropped because I was already having that fixed and the additional price was just $120.

The clunk is more of a tap now that the car is lowered and the struts have been replaced, but its the same noise....
