pullies are a waste, ive tested both on the rollers. plenum w/75mm tb are better. even if you removed the entire serpentine belt (no accesories) about 6whp, the factory set up is pretty efficent. 2whp w/underdrive pullies and 9whp with bbk tb and c&l plenum. accufabs are expensive (more bling.) mm&ff dyno tested c&l,accufab, trick flow, and steeda plenums, all within 1hp. so its your choice on the plenums. beside if you plan on using a blower in the future youll just have to take them off anyways (pullies.)
but thats just my 2cents

A throttle body by itself, without an aftermarket plenum, wont't do squatthe plenum is the weak point in the intake stream.Without a premium fuel tune most intake mods will not do much, I'd go for the Steeda pullies as long as you don't do mostly in-town short trip drivingyou will have charging problems if all you do is make 3 to 5 mile in-town trips...

I did the Accufab combo on my 2003 Gt vert automatic and I lost all low end torque although it did feel like I had a cleaner top end.
Additionally the idle was high and would hang which drove my automatic crazy.
All was installed perfectly and I suspect a tune would have fixed it.
The car just felt like it was running lean although I never heard any pinging etc.
Also the car is stock except for K&N drop in and Magnaflow catback.

I've always suspected my car was running toward the lean side because I get insane gas mileage, like 26 MPG on highway and no less than 20 MPG around town.
I think the TB/Plenum put me over the edge to the point where I needed a tune.

I sent it back and put the stock pieces on again.
Low end torque is back.
