Default Heads and Cams

Are the heads and cams and the intake manifold off a 99-04 GT way better than the ones off a 96-98 GT? And if so, if you take all those parts from a 99-04 gt and put them on a 98 gt. Will that make a big differance. Cause if it does im thinking about finding a wrecked mustang. Would that be a good idea?

What you are talking about is a very good idea and it is called th PI head swap. If you run a search on that you will find all the info that you will need to answer all of your questions.
