The heads will be a direct bolt on, yes... but with the cams, the bump in compression, etc etc... you will need to have your car tuned. It wont run right if you dont.
They produced two different blocks for our cars...
96-98 romeo block
99-00 windosor block
01-04 romeo block

We'll I meant take it to your local shop and see if you could get them to tune it on the dyno... You're going to have to get somebody else to tune it after the PI swap.

97stanger started you off with some good points and tips... That should get you somewhere around the mark you are looking at. Dont forget to get a tune.... all that plus a tune should put you around your mark.

Well if you are wanting to get technical i count 5 mispellings between your first post and the thread title. That is not to mention the fact that you dont know how to form a sentence......
I didnt come on here to argue with a 16 year old kid who boughtsome trashfor his first car.... Just next time pay attention to what you are saying.

yo bro u know were i can get the pi heads wit the intake manifold for dirt cheap and also how hard is the install can i do it in my yard cause i hate going 2 shops and my mechanic skills on a scale 1-5 is a 2ish maybe 3 lol
