at most cams are going to vary in price by as much as $100 and they all cost right around 500-600

the best options really are MPH custom grinds(599 for a pair) or FoxLakeRacing which are 649

i'm putting MPH's nitrous cam in my 5.4l

i wouldn't buy anything made by crower their quality control blows and i know of alot of people having issues tuning their cams especially the really aggresive ones(they're lobes often are out of spec and the valve doesn't close all the way sometimes) generally anything made by comp is good though
