Fuel Rail Problems.... fuel everywhere
Has anyone had a problem with their fuel rails blowing fuel over the engine. I jumped on it pretty hard tonight just before getting to my driveway and immediately smelled fuel. It looks as if was coming from the #1 injector. I don't know how much fuel there was but I can say that it was enough to cover my "Freshly Painted" intake, hood, battery and coolant tank.... so, it was a lot. I sprayed down the engine to dilute it but it was way to hot to deal with tonight so I'll inspect it more tomorrow.
Has anyone ever had this problem? The fittings seem to be tight, and there isn't any bend in the fuel rail...
In case it matters I have 60# injectors, 255 fuel pump and a return style fuel system.

I'm unsure of 4.6 O-rings, but is it possible you installed one of them upside down?? Did the o-ring get fully seated when reinstalling??
