Why do you say that?
You previously stated your best 1/4 was 12.8 @108 mph. That would put you at ~ 8.2 in the 1/8th. No way you can run 7.8 in the 1/8th and 12.8 in the 1/4 with a rediculously high trap speed of 108. I've been around these cars long enough to know these numbers just don't add up.

I agree 100%. Ox, your numbers don't add up. Also think about it, what does your car have... 250rwhp? A 7.8 would put you close to a 12 flat, I don't care how good you drive or if you have $3k in suspension it's not going to happen. I know before you said that you didn't have the time slip because the track didn't give them out but a friend told you that it ran those times. I thought that either he misread it, or the board was wrong. We all know that those #'s don't add up and with your knowledge you of all people should know that! It also cracks me up that you makes these claims but also say it takes 600rwhp+ to get into the 10's yet claim your ETs at your power level.
I hate to say it but if you think the $3k you spent in suspension is more than I or some of the others in this thread have in my entire car then your sadly mistaken.

I'm sorry I got this thread going.....I didn't know it would end up like this. All I wanted was a way to put my street car in 7s even if it was a 7.99999999 without a supercharger but nitrous no more than 75shot..again i am sorry

on a nitto, maybe but doubtful with a 75 shot, unless you have other work done.

you better hope you can hook up. If so it should be close depending on how much you actually get out of a 75 shot.

Dont worry nobody is getting mad here.

My car is built for 1/8 mile runs since that is all that is around. My car is under powered (around 280 something) and runs out of steam in the 1/4. If I had the power and gearing (which is coming) I would run much faster. Trust me I was disapointed after the 2 hour drive to the nearest 1/4 expecting to run 12.3-12.5 because of my 1/8 mile times but to only run 12.8.

When I was home I was destroying 03 cobras on the street for fun. But only from a dig and I shut down at 70mph (on the street). I jump out 3 cars on them and they have to chase me down the whole time. The one cobra I raced at the track (1/8) his front bumper was at my door when we crossed the line. I had almost 3.5 cars on him off the line. My ca NA is built for short spirts cause thats all i need. For Now
