Octane booster LOL. You better buy about a gallon of that crap if you want to go from 87 to 88. Thats ricer juice, it doesnt do anything.

50psi at idle is not normal. 30psi at idle is. 40psi at cruise is normal. 45psi at tip in is normal. 50psi is not normalunless you have uped your pressure.

How are you reading this? Through a gauge or datalog?
I am reading itthroughdatalog with a diablo tuner. The fuel pressure got up to 60 psiyesterday when it was about 95degrees out. The intake temperature read 150 degrees. Is that also normal? Right now it doesnt matter if the car is in idle or at WOT it still stays the same.

Ok I was looking at the data some more and I noticed that when it was at idle the timing was jumping from 15 degrees to 22 degrees and the fuel pump was showing 65 psi. This is when it was 95 degrees out.

Here is a pic at the end of the log of the car at idle. If anyone wants the tune file to run in the diablo program let me know.

Ok your fine on the fuel pressure since that is delta pressure not actual pressure. To hard to explain but its what the computer sees it as. Its actually 30psi with vacum. You intake charge temps are outragous. You must have a metal intake with exposed filter in the engine bay. Your timing is low for idle because your intake temps are so high. What was your engine temp? Your RPM is too high also. 650 is stock.

It has the K&N CAI with the plastic tube. The idle is turned up because it has cams and we turned it up to even it out a little. The engine temp guage is normal and never gets up high. It has the steeda timing adjuster on it set to 10°. The charge temps are high right when the car is turned on. We replaced the IAT sensor. What aproach should I take on this?
