Default Used Superchargers!

I was thinking about just doing a head and cam up grade but I found some (not real cheap) used superchargers. Has anyone bought a used SC and if so, any problems?I would really appriciate if you guys would tell me the name of the seller be it good or bad! Thanks

Buying a used sc is just so damn risky. I wouldn't suggest it, no matter how "great" of shape they are in. Just my .02

you can allways send it to the company and have it rebuilt for a couple of hundred bucks if its not trashed.

I bought a used Vortech and haven't had a problem. Saved over 1300$ from new.Take your time and look for the best deal. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is

there is a stickie in pipes boost and juice section about this... you can buy a used head unit and then buy all the other stuff brand new and et out for under 2 grand with a tune.. if the head unit is messed up have a service rebuild it, or send it to the manufacturer to rebuild it and it will be still cheaper than buying a new one, i say do it!
