im throwing this error code and the car definately feels like it is down on a cylinder. I am running the lucas 36# injectors, also my tuner just told me i have to upgrade my fuel pump wiring to keep it from maxing out above 6k RPMs. This is the SVT focus fuel pump. Do I need a new PCM? I hope this is something easy to solve, last night i thought I blew the engine. I have seen the fuel pressure drop sometimes which scared me. what is the best way to upgrade the wiring? or should i just add a BAP?

Description
The comprehensive component monitor (CCM) monitors the operation of the fuel injector drivers in the PCM. The test fails when the fuel injector does not operate electrically even though the harness assembly and fuel injectors test satisfactorily.

Possible Causes
Faulty fuel injector driver within the PCM.

Diagnostic Aides
PID Data Monitor INJ1F -INJ12F fault flags = YES.
