brakes upgrade.

RE: brakes upgrade.
I upgraded to Baer Eradispeed kit that is cross drilled and slotted. They stop the car on the dime. Only thing to watch out for is this: make sure your spare will fit over the new rotors. My fronts are 13 inch and when I had a flat, I had to have the car towed, then had to buy a 2003 Cobra spare with a 17 inch rim. The brakes are a little tougher to use in the rain because they stay so cool, water doesn't evaporate from them as quickly when they're not in use (like on the highway). You can hear them operate every time you hit the brakes because of the air moving through. But if none of that annys you, it's not a bad investment. Stopping power is great.

RE: brakes upgrade.
Question for people that have done the cobra conversions. I was doing some research and found out that the master cyclinder for cobras is different. Supposedly, if we switch to bigger brakes on the regular GT it makes the brake pedal have a harder feel when you push on it. Has anybody experienced this or noticed a difference?
