Best place to buy procharger kit

RE: Best place to buy procharger kit
I don't know, maybe Frank cut me a deal when I bought the kit.. All I know is I paid $4,714.95 for the full P-1 S/C stage 2 kit with 3-core I/C.. and that included the fuel pump, 42#'rs, ECU upgrade, and associated piping/mounting brackets.. The whole thing came out to a littlemore than $4,900.00, shipping included.
How much less than that is RPM outlet's kit?
Edit: I checked out RPM's website also, and their kit comes out to a little under $5,200 tax and shipping included. DTP's page has two different kits listed. I'm guessing that one kit comes with something else that the other doesn't, though I do know that the kit I bought only cost me$4,909.95 shipped. I honestly can't tell the difference between the two P-1 kits on DTP's page, unless one is stage-2 and the other is base model..

The 99-04 kit they sell is about the same price, the only difference with that kit, is that it comes with the 2-core, not 3-core I/C like the 4V kit does.
I guess there really isn't all that much difference because after you include tax and all that crap, DTP and RPM outlet are about the same on price.

Well I compared their tuner kits which is what I bout and they sell the same exact thing I bought but only had a D1-sc[:'(]and it was $4500. Which is the same price I paid except I got a F1a. I didnt compare the complete kits or the 4v kits.

Ahhh.. I didn't have the cash to get a D-1 or an F-1 when I originally went shopping for a kit, so I suppose you could chalk that up to being a little impatient.. lol In retrospect I probably should've waited another month or so and just gotten the Paxton Novi kit, which would've been just as good. And would probably be just as good or better than a stage 2 P-1 for the OP's car..

RE: Best place to buy procharger kit
I got mine from RPM for $3800 included 60lbs injector, 2 core intercooler, fuel pump and SCT progammer with two tunes. The only problem I had is that I got the supercharger and the tuner, injectors and fuel pump were still with RPM. I gave them a call and got that in the next couple of days. I install the whole unit myself in about a day. The main issue I had was the intecooler bracket that mounted to the top. I could not get it to line up so I modified it myself. After that it was straight forward. Just remeber to take your time and tighten all the hose clamps. If i was you I would get a boost gage to go with that.
