electric water pump with underdrive pulleys
Can these two work together and is it worth it? I have FRPP underdrive pullies and I have been thinking about an E pump. The E pump has an idler pulley on it that I'm almost positive not the same size as the water pump pulley. It looks smaller in pictures. Will a shorter belt fix this and what size?

yup........ i think you need a belt that is two inches shorter. Make sure your underdrive pulley are not piggy back. I highly recommend it, its very nice and quit and keeps every nice and cool.

Well, I have this...
Which is funny because the FRPP website now says they are for 96-98 and I have them on a 99. When I bought them back in 02 I rmember it was for 96-01.
The BBK looks like this...
and the steeda looks like this...
I can't tell the difference other than the center looks un coated. As usual, Ford Racings website has about enough information to be dangerous. If I remember correctly, mine looked more like the Steeda and it didn't feel solid. Steeda's website says theirs is nodular iron and injection molded rubber where the BBK looks solid. Like I said above, I've had mine on since 02/~30,000 miles and I have not snapped a belt. Anybody know for sure?
