Stupid O/R H, i want it louder
So I fixed my exhaust leak, and now my car is quiet as heck. Everybody thinks its loud but i hate it, i want it louder. When i had my leak it sounded like crap which i hated but it was LOUD. No one would get in front of me, i just floored it "BLAAAHH" put those bizes in their place. Now it sounds all smooth and sexy..which is nice, but i want it LOUD.
I've got O/R H and MAC mufflers. Right now they are just the mufflers, If i installed a 2.5 Cat (err...welp cant use that term anymore) If i bought a 'catback' system, that was 2.5" instead of the factory 2 1/4, would it make it louder? atleast even a little bit?

these are all things that sound bad.
Magnapacks and SLP sound like trash, and this is coming from a guy who had a big *** exhaust leak for 4 days. X pipes sound like GMs and I hear Long tubes make the car quieter.
I want to keep a chambered muffler setup, I love my MAC, they make a good muffler, i'd like to stay with anything chambered
what about a larger exhaust tube size, will that help?

Well, I'll have to disagree on the "X pipes sound like GM's" comment" Have you ever heard one in person? My clip is in my sig, im runnin a o/r x and MAC c/b
2.5" piping isnt going to make a HUGE difference like your wanting, it will make a difference though. I can honetly say that I've never heard a car get quieter with l/t's. I remember a post when a guy went from a X to a H with l/t's and said it was quieter.

35th, your car sounds nice, but i'm more of a H. It'stoo ringy, my H right now is bassy, you can feel it in your chest. Nice clean bass.
On a seperate topic, can someone please help me with mil eliminators? They guy i bought them from gave me a pair for free, but both MIL eliminators look exactly the same, how can this be, is it suppose to be this way? I can only get one side to fit. the guys trying to tell me this is how its suppose to be
