Location of Anti-Theft Control Module?

Trying to trace this wire diagram back from my ignition switch to see where power fails. Was wondering where the anti theft cm is on my 97 gt convert

I want to find this out too. I have to hit the unlock button on my remote before it will start. Is yours the same? Im not sure if mine is the stock system.

Mine wont start...period. Power is failing somewhere and I have the stock one.
