Putting a 03-04 cobra front bumper on a 03 GT. Will the front/top bumper that meets with the hood be pushed forward? or can I push the top part back to keep flush with the gt stock hood? I know the cobra hood "hangs" over a bit on the headlights. I m going to install the bumper in a few days and just wondering how its gonna turn out before I fear the worst. I have the 03-04 hood too but would rather keep everything else gt and sell the hood.

I know theres guys on this forum that have done the bumper switch haha.

Any info or a heads up would be great! thanks!

from what i understand you have to move the pillar posts about 1/4in back for the stock gt hood to clear the 03 cobra bumper. my 01 cobra bumper fits without modification

OK cool, I know I have room to move em back. I ll end up drilling hole a little further back to "hold" the pillar in place. Ok Cool ill write back in case anyone has a question in ref. to fittinga bumper (03-04) on their GT.
