Damnit.... i hate these manifolds. I think mine finally cracked. I saw some coolant leaking out right behind my altenator and the motor was smoking.... Sorry this really isn't a tech article but now i have to go find me a new one!

since you have it apart you might as well put the fr500 intake manifold on it. it wont crack cause it aint paltiquekc

mine just cracked and is leaking onto the plugs, i only found out b/c the car started skipping and check engine light came on . the code came up as COP's were bad .which one should i go with ?looking for input on best peformance thanks

fr500 intake is for dohc engines


make sure you get one with the metal coolant cross over tube. good luck with the surgery.

i just replaced mine with the updated version when mine crackedcause surpirse plastic cracks i would have never thought that would happen when hot collant runsthroughitmaybe i should work for ford. Its so ridiculous it should be considered a recall.
