Default Steeda UDP's

Do these thingstruely free up 8-10rwhp? I heard that unless you do a moderate amount of driving on a daily basis, you risk your battery dying much much easier. I live in LA but I don't do that much driving especially since I live next to school and like to just walk.

Thanks,
Brandon

If you can get a good deal on a used set, do it. That's what I did and I'm glad I did. Didn't reall feel any difference, but I guess they did something. I have no cooling or charging issues at all and sit in traffic regularly in the summer in Miami, FL (100* or so).

I've never seen any problems with my Steeda UDPs. I'm assuming if you have one of those annoying stupid sound systems you might run into some battery issues.

They cost like around $190 on americanmuscle for a new set. I'm just worried that my battery will have much higher tendency to die out since I don't drive my car much. Nah I have the stocj mach 460 sound system.

Get that deal. Install time on mine was 2.5 Hours(excessive laziness). Be sure to use the stock crankshaft pulley bolt on your UDPs, the bolt(longer than stock) that Steeda supplies is just to seat the pulley into the engine...Not to install it
