What pulley is this?! + pic of fine girl
I took off my procharger and found another pulley that isn't on the diagram that shows me how to route the belt...WTF is this pulley? I also noticed it had no way of staying on since there was no bolt through it. It must have been held on by the belt or something...WTF is going on here. I'm so stressed and don't know what else to do. This is my first time to do some true work to the car myself and I'm struggling....Why is this pulley not on the diagram?! WTF!!!!![:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

Come on...I'm in the tech section and no one can tell me what this pulley is/does? I'm trying to surf the net and still can't find an answer....

Haha...so why do I have it? I don't think it came with my P1SC. I'm so confused why it's there and how it even got there. Also on top of my question is my idler pulley for the tensioner in the right spot? I don't see how the smooth part of the belt is supposed to route over the top of idler wheel on the tensioner without rubbing the piece i have circled below...
I've also included a diagram of a stock 4.6 pulley setup...anyone else have this extra pulley or can tell me what it's for?

I figured this would have been more of an issue with people on here. I've never heard there was a pulley diff from year to year...

Yes, the pulley setup is different on the mid-01 to 04 2vs, I might be mistaken but I think the whole timing cover is a little different. And actually the procharger bracket is a little different for the later years too. For some reason a lot of shop manuals don't even have the new belt routing diagram.
