Default 96' vacuum hose problem

i had to replace my intake plenum and while i was hooking everything back up i noticed a vac line hanging down the passenger side of the engine. it connects to the plenum just behind the throttle body, it turns to the passenger side of the car and looks like it naturaly wants to bend eather back to the firewall or maby down to the exhaust manifold, it has a hose connector on it right where it broke. any 96-98 guys know where it may go?

I just took a look at my 96GT, and honestly I'm not quite sure what you mean.. It sounds like you're talking about the PCV or IAC tube, but I'm not quite sure. Can you be more specific?

there are 2 vac hoses coming off the front of the intake plenum right beside the throttle body, there is also a 3rd that connects the two (it should look like a triangle) one goes off the drivers side into a small black plastic "tank" that controls the EGR. the other vac line comes out of the front of the plenum and goes to the passenger side, in some pictures i've found it looks like it might sit on top of the valve cover and go behind the engine. thanks for looking man i really apperichate the help.
