Default noisy rear end

Well I just got my gears installed about 4 weeks ago. Well i have a little backlash but nothing to really worry about and it is only when i slow down, but today i got into the car and i heard a noise in the rear end that wasn't backlash, its like a ticking noise but now only happns when i accelerate. what do you think that it is??

if its a tick.. it could be an exhaust leak near your catback. and if u have a gear problem..u need to take that **** back to them and have them fix it

backlash always gets worse! Especially if it's there at first. Nothing goos comes from excess backlash. I would have them re-do the gears unless you did them yourself? As far as the clicking noise, do you have ABS in your differential? Maybe it has something to do with that? Or you could have an issue with your brakes because everthing has to come off to slide the axles out so the gears can be done.
