Default Electronic Climate Controls

Is there any way to put electronic climate controls into our cars? Something like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-02...mZ160261262697
I know i'd probably need some more things like a temp sensor and some wiring harness and etc.
Do you guys think it could be done? I'm still looking to do it even if it takes alot of work.
