What's up with the squeak?

My clutch squeaks like this.. RIGHT after the clutch has been fully depressed, right at the end of the depressing where there is almost "slack" it chirps... Throughout bearing...?

It's just as i lift the pedal... sometimes while driving, if I push down the clutch all the way as well, it makes a faint knock sound...
