Default x pipe vs h pipe

how much more hp do you get from an x pipe?

and any suggestions on a mid pipe to go with a borla cat back for an 02 gt

Not enough to feel, 1 maybe 2 HP more. I would go with the X

I went with the H and LOVE IT

oh btw black, that thing was hard to install lol, we didnt have a lift and were doing it on gravels but we got it on and it sounds amazing

eh, the hp difference is minimal. go listen to sound clips and get what you think sounds better.

Yea I think I posted in your thread about the problems you had, lol. Good thing is, it wont be nearly as hard the next time Oh yea, and X sounds better[8D]

the difference is negligible.. i personally have had all types of midpipes(catted h,catted h, o/r h and x) i felt zero(o) power from any...

its all sound.

what state do u live in? just because they say u NEED cats..doesnt mean they check. i know in texas, iv never had my exhaust checked and my car is LOUD..any joe shmoe should be chompin at the bit to fail me, but its never happened.

if ur in cali or jersey..i understand u need cats lol. look into pypes; they sell OUTSTANDING quality pipes for cheap. and you can get em catted

They are both a very good brand and they will both sound the same. Figure out which one will be cheaper.
