Just got my predator tuner in and i was wondering when you advance the timing in order to get 14* of timing what do you put it on? I have it on 2 right now.

Default RE: Predator Tuner

I'm not an expert but I do know that the stock tune is conservative - mildly advanced timing I think 4*) and rich air fuel ratio. The stock diablo tune is a little more aggressive but still very safe. If you feel ballsy tweak the tune a little more. Be aware that running lean and with timing aggressively advanced can really damage your engine.......ruin it even! A good dyno yune is way better but I feel safe with the predator and my minor performance mods (exhaust, CAI).

i went almost all the way on the timing 6.5 ( or some thing) in both the 2-4k range and the 4-7k range and leaned out the fuel o couple of notches.

have fun but be careful.
