Hi i was wondering if i can put a 03 04 cobra tranny in a 00 gt ... Will it bolt up or do i need to modify parts ? Would i need a different driveshaft or anything ? Thanks
Also what would be the best bang for the buck for a power adder ? Kb or a tt setup ?

Tranny, bellhousing, driveshaft, yoke, clutch, flywheel. I'm not sure if you can use the cobra flywheel/clutch or not as I cannot remember when the gt's went from 6/8 bolt cranks to just 6 bolt cranks. Also you are going to want to get atleast 3.55 gears in your car while you do this. I had 3.27's in mine until I did the IRS swap and my acceleration was ****=/. BTW I have an 03 gt with a cobra t56, 6 bolt fly/custom clutch, alum driveshaft, and irs, alot of the cobra parts swap over with little to no problem at all.

Bang for your buck depends on what your power levels and what your intents are. Autox? daily driven? drag? 400hp? 500hp? 600hp?

Well its a sumer daily driver so only about 4 months. I want it to be a 03-04 snake eater that is slightly moddied. I know you can combine a blower with a turbo setup but is it practical ?
