Default door locks

Can the door locks be programed to lock by themselves when you start the car?

Default RE: door locks

it seems possible, but youre most likely going to have to buy some extra electrical equipment. Cause if you look at it like a logic gate it would be "While car is running, lock doors". Then youd have to have a seperate one saying "When car is off, unlock doors". But youd still have to have the ability to lock/unlock it manually with the switch, regardless if the cars running or not.

See what Im getting at? Personally i never liked the automatically locking door idea. My buddys grand am had it, confused the hell outta me for the first few drives.

I just got used to it, my Silverado had keyles entry like my stang but you could program them to unlock one door when shutting of the motor and when I would start the truck they lock at 15mph
