stock 1996 timing
anybody know it? i checked with this OBDII code reader (can also show real time data) and it was saying my timing was set at 22 degrees advanced at idle, 750-800 RPM, and jumped to 27 or 28 degrees advanced with a quick rev to 2500-2750 RPM. 22+ degrees advanced at idle while the car is fairly warm makes me think i might have some compression loss. or maby i'm just used to the pushrod engines which came stock with like 14-16 dregrees advanced?
