Default Help with stealership welds.

So I go to the dealership today because my Mach was making a creaking noise on the rear driver side. To make a long story short, they say that they need to remove the trunk trim, reweld shock tower to package tray, and repaint the tower. They write me up a estimate of $430.00(isn't that high) plus I paid $80 for them to diagnos the problem. I'm pretty pissed off because I bought the Premium Care warranty and they are saying its not covered. Is there any tsb's or recall's on this problem? then after all this I go to my car and the radio is blarring with the AC full on when I start the car and dirt all inside of the car. The car doesnt even have 20 thousand miles on it and I don't beat on it at all so I am clueless on how welds could of come loose.

I think that dealership has already shown you the type of service you would receive from them. Try an auto body shop.
