Default Piggyback UDP's

Can someone tell me what the pros and cons are to piggyback UDP's versus, say, Steeda UDP's? I'm thinking of getting these:

There are no pros, unless you consider their being cheaper to be a "pro". The crankpulleyis even more hassle to install than a proper pulley. The cons are that they cantilever mount the harmonic dampener quite a bit further forward than it was designed to be, and use surfaces of the OEM crank pulley for alignmentwith the new pulley that were never intended or machined to be used for alignment with anything.Thisoften causes the OEM pulley/dampener to wobble a bit; introducing vibration, which is never good. They also look like crap, like some sort of jury rigged setup someone came up with because they were too cheap or unskilled to do it right...Other than that they're fine...

Search "Mustang Underdrive pulley" on youtube. I found a pretty interesting, detailed installation process for Steeda's and some cons of using piggybacks versus Steedas crank/dampener.

Everything you need to know about piggybacks:

Don't buy them. Get Steedas.
