Stage 3 motor sports sells the roush head unit only supercharger for $500. would this work with the heads i have on my 02 gt? what all would i need to make that unit work?

you'd need alot of other stuff to like a tune, fuel rails and fuel pump..all the accesory hoses and pulleys and stuff like that..just get a kit.

you sure about that? for the 99-04's?

i look at stage3 all the time, just to look around at diff mods and stuff.....and the only roush charger i recall seeing on there was like....damn near 8 g's.

You might want to re-think this one. http://www.fnsweet.com/docs/2001_SC_manual.pdf. The kit comes with 150 parts

ya. i can give you the link if you want. i know i can get a kit for 4 or 5 grand. How much money am i looing in spending after i buy the 500 head unit.

its like 2g's for the lower intake manifold.....and im not even 100% sure if it would work with that charger...since its made for the 03-04 cobra blowers..

im sure you could get it to work.....but.....its not going to be a cheap project, by any means.

thanks for the information. but I do not see where it says its made for the cobra. on the auction it just says its for 99-04 mustang GT. Correct me if i am wrong or just don't know something?

no, no...the lower intake manifold (that i posted a link for) is made to work with the 03 and 04 cobra blowers.....which im not sure if it would work with the roush charger or not.

i wasnt talking about the auction with the roush charger.


edit: as you can see, and already know... the ebay auction only comes with the roush charger. so the main thing you will need to make it work (other than all the small sheeit you will need, ie: injectors, fuel pump, etc.) is a lower intake manifold. which isnt going to be cheap. thats why i posted a link to a lower manifold for superchargers....but i think the lower manifold might only be compatible with eaton blowers....not sure. maybe you could try to find the lower intake manifold from roush...or from a wrecked/totaled roush.
