welp i killed a bunch of birds with one stone
all of the problems ive had the ticking while turning i fixed with new front hub bearings for 50$ a piece, fixed the skip and hissing with the replacement of the plugs and boots.
FYI the hissing was a loose spark plug and the skipping i was feeling was because some dumbass was in there before me and had kept 2 original plugs and 6 of the POS bosch 4 prong plugs
so im just saying thanks for everyones thoughts and opinions on my issues and i hope my experience can shed some light on people with similar problems
