Default what is needed to build a rear end

i got a 03 mustang gt and i want to build the rear end b4 i start with any major engine work this way it says me a headache in the future. by the time im done reading this thread i wanna be a rear end expert haha thanks in advance

I always heard its best to have a rear end shop do it for you, that way you know its done right.

would 4.10s be a good option if i plan f/i in the future or should i get the 4.10s and just wait it out

4.10s with a twin screw will probably end up spinning your tires wayy too much. consider either 3.73s or go with a centri blower with the 4.10s

what about 3.73s with a centri? and should i buy both gear sets now or should i figure out what im doing and pic one set?


which would b better for either a single turbo or tt setup

Is anything other than 31 spline axles and diff and the cover requires to build an indestructible rear?
