Oh, I meant the air intake. like the stock CAI. Either way I better just get both the TB and plenum. Is it worth porting the plenum? Does that just make it bigger?

75mm is probably plenty and it's probably not worth porting it right?

If you buy an after market plenum you don't need to. Don't port the TB. The butterfly valve has to close and shut off the air. I read a post from someone once who ported his TB. The air coming in around the butterfly valve caused his motor to idle at 2500 rpms.

I've also read that buying a CAI isn't really necessary. You can get most of the gain by just getting a K&N air filter.
