Default Bad power loss

I have a 98 GT 146k on it, Bought it new. I am getting an intermitting (sometimes on my way to work sometimes not 18mile trip)power loss. Its so bad I can floor it at 70 and it will not pick up any speed. Kinda feels like only hitting on half the motor. I tookit to get the check engine litediagnosed and got codes 1130 1131 1132. These dont seem to be able to cause the trouble I am having. Plus what the parts store guy told me the codes represent does not match what I find online. I have money to fix but dont want to buy a bunch of parts that are not bad tillI get it right.Any help would be appreciated. I did clean the MAF sensor but no help. Also getting a kinda of squeeking or more like rubber rubbing togather whenI turn wheels coming from right front wheel, sounds like maybe the strut area.Anyone heard of this by chance?.

Here is what the factory shop manual says about those codes. The all point to the front O2 sensor on bank 1 (passenger's side) and could indeed create the problem you describe as the PCM will go into what is commonly called "limp" mode. The P1131 and P1132 codes indicate that the O2 sensor is not providing any meaningful signal to the PCM, this causes the PCM to switch to FMEM (Failure Mode Effects Management) mode (Ford's term for "limp" mode). Where the engine is controlled so as to get you home, but that's about it.Where it's intermittent I'd check for wiring and other problems as described before replacing the sensor. As to the creaking noise, there's a TSB for the 2002-2004 models that describes a creaking at low speeds andwhen stopped that may be related to your issue. Here's a link to my DIY fix...
