Cooling issue.. update:new Problems
Sooooo, now it doesn't want to start... I'm getting spark and it's rich as ****. Other than the problem I've lised at the beginning of the thread it has started perfectly since the day it was tuned.
I did pull my plugs and re gap them to .34 from the .28 they were. Would that really keep my car from starting????? It started fine all day then tonight, AT the LOT with about 30 smart asses it wouldn't start.
I swear the MOMENT reliability goes out the window with this ******* the car will be sold.. .
So I was out cruising around today and I noticed my temp going up.

That is also when the fan turns on.
The thermostat is opening.
I topped off the coolant.
New radiator
No Leaks
Water is circulating.

The A/C switch does not turn on the fan. The A/C system is not charged.
I'm still using the 96 wiring harness so I have 2 temp sensors. One for the gauge, one for the ECU. If the ECU sensor is bad the fan would be on all the time.
I'm normally good at figuring this stuff out but I'm stumped.

yeah, but there is no air moving through the radiator. I had the same problem and bought a flexalite fan from jegs, stopped happening. It only seemed to ever happen to me when I was running the AC, don't know about yours

huh, thats odd. I actually added a bypass switch and have the new fan on almost all of the time, supposed to flow like 1300CFM.
Mine always got hotter if I was just sitting in traffic not doing anything, with the AC on all of the time, but Its also usually 110* here anyway.

Yes, and after a whole lot of cranking and trottle, it finally started. Drove it home, turned it off, the btich started right back up. I tried it one more time and it wouldn't start again.
What a PITA.
