Money is always the driving factor. If you have the money the Viper spec T-56 is the way to go. I got mine from D&D Performance. They have the complete kit for the swap to include the support and aluminum driveshaft. With a short throw shifter and shipping it was around 4k. It is very smooth and can handle plenty of power. The TKO 600 would be the second choice but that .50 overdrive in 6th really makes highway driving comforatable.

DD kits are complete and nice, but very pricey. If you shop around you can do the same swap for much less. It's been done for under $2K. Good luck.
