Default good springs

Well I think my springs are shot,I took the car to a local shop and anytime the car goes over big bump, momentum changes(slowing down, speeding up, parking and having to go back and forth to get in a spot) the car will make a sort of "thunking" noise, and they said they believe it is the shock. They said it could possibly be a drivetrain problem but they said everything is tight that in the body and suspension that could be causing the sound. Back to the topic though, I guess I'm getting new front springs, possibly back if they aren't too expensive. What is a good set of springs that aren't too costly, but I would like good quality if I am going to get performance springs anyways.
any suggestions would be nice, thanks!

I love my eibach sportlines, and i matched it up with bilsteins. Yes its a firmer ride, but the handling and launching is ****. I've had the bilsteins on my car now for over 3 years now and still going strong

I don't usually here it turning the wheel(but it might happen when I'm moving and just don't notice it all the time), like I said I hear it a lot when the momentum of the car shifts, so say I pull out of the garage, slow down and put it in reverse to back up the sound will happen, or even just as I'm slowing down the sound happens. Looks like I'm going to check out some Eibachs!
Thanks guys

Mine does this! Just started doing it too. Recent work, new brakes, rotors, LT install so steering linkage disconnected K membered dropped. basically whole front suspension.

Sounds like its coming from front left(drivers side), but i cant see anything rubbing against anything. WTF. a lil help?
